Investment Description

Aphorio Carter Critical Infrastructure Fund believes it is possible to buy quality commercial digital and mission critical infrastructure and other technology-related real estate at prices that may provide stable, recurring income, with a potential for long-term appreciation. The Fund intends to acquire assets located in the U.S. and expects that most properties will have a purchase price between $20 million and $100 million.6

(1) Acquire well-maintained and strategically located, quality income-producing commercial digital and mission-infrastructure, data centers, switch sites, and other technology-related real estate, which provide current cash flows from operations (2) Pay regular cash distributions to unitholders (3) Preserve, protect and return capital contributions to unitholders (4) Realize appreciated growth in the value of our investments upon the sale of such investments in whole or part (5) Be prudent, patient and deliberate with respect to the purchase and sale of our investments considering current and future real estate markets.
